Residential Community Program

This program is designed to provide unlimited support to people with Intellectual Disabilities, including medical and service support around the clock. We follow clear and specific steps to ensure the highest levels of quality and well-being. If you are interested to be part of this integrated program, we look forward to meeting with you.

Shared Living Provider Program (Enhanced Family Care)

If you have room available, in your home whether you are an owner or renter and you have ability to support an individual with Intellectual Disability, we can work with you to reach your goal. The shared living program is an independent contract that is renewed every year, and you will get training and support 24/7 through our team. If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact us and submit your application anytime.

We prioritize fair labor practices, including but not limited to wage and hour laws, workplace safety standards, and anti-discrimination policies. Our HR department stays updated on changes in legislation and implements necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to the law. Additionally, we provide regular training sessions to employees to foster a culture of awareness and compliance with employment regulations.

To complete the Employment process successfully Applicants should:

Have the ability to pass the State and Federal background checks prior to employment.
Have a Valid driver’s license,
Have a safe and reliable transportation
Have auto insurance
