Residential Community Program

Our residential community services are designed to support and care for all individuals' needs. We communicate our best to understand each individual and determine their requirements and necessities. Offering a variety of daily activities based on daily life and basic living challenges, such as cooking or organization, we tailor these activities to meet individual needs.

Taking proactive action in our endeavors, we strive to sustain and maximize our efforts in communication and job performance. Additionally, we foster a smooth living community system by simplifying processes and meeting requirements in the most appropriate manner possible. Our primary focus remains on delivering comprehensive residential services within a safe and healthy environment, with openness to ideas and input from individuals, always prioritizing safety.

Our services provide 24-hour staff support and supervision, as we believe constant assistance fosters a sense of freedom and trust, allowing individuals to feel valued and included. Prioritizing the health of each individual, we coordinate healthcare plans, including appointments with psychiatrists, dentists, therapists, optometrists, and other necessary professionals.

Medication management and administration are conducted by certified, well-trained personnel under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring compliance with all necessary permissions and regulations. Our main objectives revolve around delivering high-quality services with the utmost support, dignity, and compassion. These standards are of paramount importance to us, as they convey to individuals that their community always has their back.

Shared Living Provider Program (Enhanced Family Care)

Shared Living Provider/Enhanced Family Care (EFC) involves one person or a family opening their doors and hearts to individuals in need of support and care, enabling them to live within a supportive community environment. Each individual is provided with their own room, fostering self-expression and comfort without pressure. They have access to all basic necessities and are integrated into the family dynamic, encouraging independence.

Residential and daily services, including personal and basic support, are provided to the individual with dignity and respect. Our aim is to assist and guide individuals in fully participating in community life and engaging with the social environment. We strive to recommend the best options to support both home care providers and individuals, ensuring the highest level of comfort for all involved.

Medical Consulting Program

We strive to provide appropriate health support for every individual by working with psychological support and mental health centers to provide support. The health and psychological state of each client is evaluated, and based on that, we build a unique curriculum for each client. When an individual has a balanced and maintained mental health this can lead to good organization and better behavior, so our goal is to improve the condition of individuals and build a happy and safe life as much as possible.
